Spring is in the air!

How planting a seed can change your life..........

The sun has been shinning! So let’s Plant some seeds.

Life is like planting a seed. A beautiful cultivated garden isn’t created overnight, and neither is your dream life. By focusing on the positives, and seeing that little seed of hope of your dreams, start to peek out from the earth in the form of something new, you can start to see the progress you are making in your journey to start living the life you want.

A seed can’t stay a seed forever. When tended to and sheltered from the storm, watered, and given enough sunlight they change shape and start to become whatever it is they were meant to be. To truly experience positive change in your life, you too must let go of your past hurts, setbacks, hurdles, barriers, quieten that voice of “I Can’t” and embrace the transformation that’s about to take place. Have confidence that you “Can” knowing things will change, even if it takes time.

After a seed develops into a new form, everyone appreciates it for whatever it has to offer, whether it’s a beautifully scented rose or the smallest of berries. Each seed has something more to give, something new to discover. How did we get from the seed to the bud and then a fully bloomed flower? – With time and a transformative change.

I would like to invite you to go out there and plant a seed or may be more seeds as many as you need in your life, no matter how tough or senseless it may seem right now. With a little time, patience and hard work, what now seems like an empty place will be filled with beauty and growth. Just like a beautiful flower attracts interesting insects, like bees and butterflies, your life will be a magnet to the right kind of people that will guide you, support you, inspire you, propel you to a life you enjoy living.

We all need a little help on our journey towards our dreams. Let’s support each other on our journeys and go from strength to strength!

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom” Anaïs Nin.

I love this quote and I think it sums up everything Value yourself, your dreams, your hopes, stay strong, never give up!

Take a photo of your planted seed along with a label. What will you call your seed?

Once you have taken the photo please e-mail me a copy.

Please send me a photo of your seed as often as you like. It would be great if you could include yourself in the photo. I will be updating my website with a Seed Project page and add the photo’s as they are sent to me.

Send me a photo of the fully grown seed and share how you have grown from the experience.

Until next time, let me know how you are getting on. I would love to hear from you.
