A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream.
The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her bag to share her food.
The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to give it to him. She did so without hesitation.
The traveler left, rejoicing in his good fortune.
He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lifetime.
But a few days later he came back to return the stone to the wise woman.
"I've been thinking," he said, "I know how valuable the stone is, but I give it back in the hope that you can give me something even more precious.
Give me what you have within you that enabled you to give me the stone.

I spoke at an event recently, it was all about empowering ourselves. Getting out of our own way.
A women came up to me at the end and said:
“Wajeeha thank you, you reminded me that what I think is my ordinary may be extraordinary for someone else”
So you see you don’t need to be a celebrity to be extraordinary. You don’t need to be slim, you don’t need to be tall, you don’t need to be prettier.
You don’t need to have a PHD. You have everything you need already, there within you.
All you need to do is to tap into your superpower.
Let me help you find your unique superpower. Ask yourself what lights you up? What value can you add to your life, to the lives of others? (I know it's easier to say nothing, but I promise you if you give it a go you will find something, however small or insignificant you may think it is)
Think about it....Maybe you have experience in an area of expertise, your creative, you’re a get things done kind of person, then you have the ability to not only help yourself but to help others.
Maybe you can offer valuable advice through your own life experiences?
Or maybe you can offer something so precious: your time and compassionate heart?
Don’t ever underestimate the gift you have, what it takes to make a difference in your life just because someone tries to convince you that you can’t.
You’re stronger than any of that fear and self-doubt; our superpower lies within each and every one of us.
It’s up to you to embrace it, honour it, set it free! Go on find your Gift!
The question is:
What will you do differently today that you did not do yesterday to honour that superpower?
Will you trust yourself and have the faith to share your precious stone with anyone that needs it and ask for it?.
Will you give it to yourself, knowing that by giving, your superpower will grow from strength to strength?
Will you live your life on your terms?
My superpower is to help you find yours.
So if you need a helping hand I’m here.
